She provided advisory and strategic oversight services to the chair on matters arising from the Office of Ethics and Compliance, Office of General Counsel, and Office of Internal Oversight and Performance Assurance, among others. She further represented the board chair in board meetings and developed strategies for international negotiations and human capital initiatives.
Away from the private sector, Tracey McNeil served as ombudsman for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In this position she resolved problems with the SEC encountered by retail investors and external stakeholders. She served under three SEC chairs and advised chairs, commissioners, and senior leaders on trending issues and regulatory considerations. She also managed a team of attorneys and paralegals, and created an agile assessment framework to forecast and mitigate operational and reputational risks. At her home in Lake Ridge, VA, she enjoys reading and watching sports documentaries.
